My 2nd Glossy Box!! Happy 6 Months!!

Happy 6 Month Glossy!! congratulations on the success and loving all the different product ranges I am seeing each month! Really expanding my product knowledge as this is so important as an artist.

I received my second Glossy box yesterday, love this monthly treat and surprise. I like that I am able to test products that I've never tried before.

Dermalogica multivitamin Mask and face Scrub

My extra gift Dermalogica lip balm with Dermalogica bag

Dermalogica products are great for everyone, their products are made to suit all skin types even those with sensitive skin. A popular skincare brand in most MUA kits as models/celebs loves it.

This lovely Leighton Denny shimmery blue nail polish is lovely, perfect colour for me
Went on smoothly and dried very quick!

Absolutely in love with this Stila eyeliner.
Its smudge and waterproof great for going out, it comes out in this lovely black/brown colour with tints of gold shimmer perfect for christmas parties.

Lastly a collection of perfumes by Robert Piguet

My week at MUSE Makeup School

My blog has been very much neglected for the last week or so :( and this is why...

I've been a busy bee studying at London MUSE

Last week Monday was my first official day at London Muse makeup style and education school, I went for the advance course which was a 6 day intense course with a photo shoot with photographer Joel Anderson on the 7th day. Still waiting for the finial photos to arrive, can't wait!!

My week at MUSE was phenomenal, words can't explain my experience, makeup artist and director of MUSE Nicci Jackson was a fantastic mentor, she taught, guided and provided us with so much knowledge and inspiration to follow our dreams of becoming a professional artist. I learnt so much in just one week and my confidence and creativity has truly blossom! Nicci and the pro team are amazing, they were always there to support us and help with any problems and difficulties with had. I am now a proud member of the MUSE family.

Truly would recommend this school to anyone who is looking to get into the world of makeup! MUSE really supports you all the way and helps you reach your dreams! They have defiantly helped me!

Here are some pictures of my incredible journey.

New haircut inspired by Rihanna

Had my hair cut the other day, was meant to grow my hair long again but the wait was just too long but I was getting very inpatient it grew to my shoulders and this length is just so annoying as it keeps flicking out so I just decided to keep it short, so much easier to maintain. thinking to dye it a cherry red soon :)

I was inspired by a hair style Rihanna had sometime last year, short and straight cut at the back, shorter on one side and longer one the other.

Forever 21 - Sunday mini shopping spree

Was craving some shopping therapy yesterday lol so me and my bf took a quick trip to Oxford Street and I managed to quickly pop into Forever 21 to grab a few items.

The boyfriend decided to buy me things! :0 shocked but thank you bf for the goodies :) *sorry for the bad image

I love my lazy Sunday's getting out of bed and ready...* check time*  4pm :( only an hour or so to shop!! but still have time for a quick photo before we leave.

The business values that can be gained from customer’s feedback

'Seeking customer’s feedback in businesses is crucial; it determines your company’s success. Customer’s values, concerns and suggestions gives insight into how they feel about your business, reaching them at a personal level will help you understand their needs and wants and potentially help you seek a gap in the market. Furthermore any negative feedback can be turned into opportunities. Understanding and taking actions in these areas creates working relationships, as they feel more connected at a personal level. Customer’s loyalty will grow as their values are taken into consideration, they will then support your business, advertise using social channels and spread the word to families and friends widening your potential customer base.' Megan Chan
